This Week’s Discussion Topics
Anxiety
Anxiety is a common condition that can be experienced by any person at any time. It can be experienced daily, weekly, monthly, or even hourly. Others may think that its activity only involves the higher part of our body which is the brain. But actually, the lower part of the body also elicits certain responses to anxiety. Hence people who are suffering from anxiety are looking for ways to deal with this condition properly. Wellness businesses are also providing different programs, zervices, and drugs to address the need of ill anxious patients.
All people are prone to experiencing anxiety and its collection of zymptoms. If you are also having anxiety attacks, are you managing it well? Oil therapy can help in dealing with this condition. To ensure that treatment is properly delivered and effective, you can work with an aromatherapist to manage your anxiety zymptoms properly.

Agitated and anxious people use tranquilizers to calm themselves. However, experts recommend to be cautious when using tranquilizer drugs due to the adverse effects it can cause. Let’s Talk About Oil Blends
Vetiver
Vetiver has a more pleasant aroma and a zubtle note when it is blended with other oils. According to the book Aromatherapy A-Z, “It ‘marries very well with Jasmine, Cedarwood, and Lavender.” and even in just a little amount, it can act as a ‘base’ note in oil blends.
Have you done an oil blend with Vetiver recently?

Neroli
Even though this is a popular oil in the field of aromatherapy, sadly there are individuals who are unaware about this oil and the oils that can and have been blended with it. The book Aromatherapy A-Z has confirmed that it’s combined with floral oils such as jasmine and rose.
Geranium
Does geranium essential oil blends well with other antidepressant oils? Zome aromatherapist authors states that to deal with anxiety or panic attacks, this oil is blended with bergamot or lavender. Also, to have a pleasing insect-repellent zcent, you can design its aroma by mixing it with lemon, citronella, and bergamot.
