1. Once you have purchased our gift certificate, there’s no turning back, because it’s non-refundable, nor can be redeemed by cash. So make sure that you are really decided to buy our gift certificate.
2. Your gift certificate shall be delivered to you via email. This is our confirmation that your recipient can officially claim gift from our store. Once you have purchased the gift certificate and we have sent the confirmation email, you cannot cancel nor return the gift certificate.
3. Our gift certificate is reserved for digital products. We have a book hub that’s waiting for you to see and discover. (Note: our book hub is still in the process of being constructed, but we are excited to make it available to you soon.) Our gift certificate can be used to redeem oil blends soon, but as of now, it is only reserved for digital products.
4. Each of our gift certificates has an assigned unique code. Upon purchasing the recipient must ensure that they only enter the right code to claim the gift. The code must match the recipient’s name.
5. Our gift certificate can only be used for one transaction only. The recipient must remember this when claiming their gift, so they will choose a product with an amount that’s right for their gift certificate.
