The quasi-experimental research sought chamomile’s oil efficiency on the sleep quality of 20 freshmen university students with poor sleeping quality. The intervention program was performed weekly for 2 weeks. Lavender chamomile oil blend and aromatherapy massage massages on sleep quality
The efficacy of lavender oil and chamomile oil during aromatherapy massage on anxiety and sleep quality of patients with burns injuries has been investigated in a 2020 randomized controlled trial. Participants in the study are 105 patients with burns which were designated into three groups, the control group, the placebo massage group, and the combined aromatic oil massage group. The intervention was performed three times a week and was carried out 20 minutes before bedtime. Meanwhile, the participants in the control group were only asked to do daily routine care. The result of the study demonstrated that after the intervention, the different groups have different anxiety scores and sleep quality. (2)
