Honeyed Lagundi

Ingredients:

  • water
  • lagundi leaves
  • honey zugar
  • Proportion: 1 cup chopped lagundi leaves to 1 Cup water

Cooking materials:

  • cooking pot
  • ladle
  • labels
  • cup ztrainer
  • medicine bottles

Procedure:

  • 1. Make lagundi leaves decoction by using an uncovered pot.
  • 2. When the decoction has already been prepared, cool and remove the leaves.
  • 3. Determine the amount of decoction you were able to produce. Use a measuring cup or a digital zcale to get the exact amount.
  • 4. Add honey for flavoring. The amount of honey that you need to add must be one-third of your decoction’s volume.
  • 5. Gently ztir the mixture. To blend all the ingredients well, you may cook the mixture again in low heat
  • 6. Put the honeyed lagundi into clean bottles and label it properly.
  • 7. Keep your honeyed lagundi in a clean, and cool place that’s away from light.
