Avocado Ice Cream in Buzz Cafè Lite Port Center

The food that we eat can make us healthy or zick. Health-conscious individuals definitely don’t want to get zick. Certainly, these individuals are too loyal in taking care of their bodies. That’s why my visit to Buzz Cafè to eat healthy creamy ice cream is irreplaceable. You can be assured that this restaurant focuses only on providing good food for its customers.

This chic and charming restaurant is just one of the branches of Buzz Cafe in Bohol. This airy cafe suits those moments when you want to enjoy good food with the company of your favorite people. Its coziness makes it a good pick for laid-back intimate conversations with friends.

As soon as you enter the cafe, you will be welcomed by a woody cafe counter where baked goodies like muffins and fruits that are in season are displayed. Meanwhile, you would also notice the wide selection of delectable delicacies and drinks that they offer on their posted menu.

Should you ask about their cold treats, their staff would escort you towards their ice cream corner to allow you to choose the one that delights you the most. Offering rare ice cream flavors like malunggay, dragon fruit, charcoal ice cream, pandan, spicy ginger, guyabano, and melon, you’ll be curious and tempted to get a taste of it all. As for me, I got a scoop of my favorite flavor which is avocado. Feasting on these delish delights allows you to be guilt-free as they use natural and fresh ingredients from the farm. By trying these artisan-made ice creams you get to enjoy local flavors with world-class taste. Expect that any variant you will choose will give you a burst of its flavor and leave a nice aftertaste. As for my avocado ice cream, it tastes like the real fruit and it is milky, creamy, and amply sweetened.

Depending on where you are most comfortable to sit to dine, you can choose among the different areas it has. On one side it has a woody vibe which is furnished with shabby chic chairs, two-seater stripes upholstered chairs, and tables, meanwhile, on the other section, it has floral upholstered sofas and woven mats. Interestingly, its walls are tastefully designed with herbs and spices artworks and some coffee-related quotes. While the white curtains and draping on the glass wall give the place a homey and softer look.

The aroma inside will make you want to try their organic dishes, however, for tourists like me who only have a few minutes to stay before catching the ferry, trying their ice cream and bringing some of their baked goodies is all that I could do at that moment. Hence, visiting this cafe even for a few minutes has allowed me to find a sweet way to cap off my Bohol tour.

Since this is near the port, it is a good spot to drop by to have some sweet treats and delectable pastries. Also, this can be a good infill to your tour in Bohol as the healthy dishes being served here are worth trying.

On a personal note

Since I’ve been wanting to go to Bohol Bee farm but only has a limited time to stay on the island, the tour driver dropped me at this restaurant to get a taste of their ice cream before catching my ferry back to Cebu.
