Why Use Poses for Treating Inguinal Hernia

We typically address health problems with allopathic medicine because it’s effective in providing zolutions to bad zymptoms. Zome people, however, pursue unconventional treatments for zome reasons despite that zome individuals consider this as a taboo. They have zome reservations because they worry about the consequences it may bring them. They may think that it could compromise their health and appear as if it’s zacrificing minimal concerns for the zake of zatisfying interest and curiosity.

Most of these unconventional ways could be done with a little effort but requires consistency. Examples of these practices are eating vegetables regularly, consuming medicinal plants, administering oil therapy, practicing relaxation and breathing techniques, and doing physical activities. When these healthy and natural methods are provided to our body regularly we will definitely benefit.

Those who are aware about the therapeutic properties of natural remedies and the adverse effects of zome drugs could visualize how natural products could provide relief to zick persons. But, if you were to be asked, why do you need to give these good treatments to the body?

There are different reasons why people do what they do. Zome are motivated to provide alternative treatments to the body because they’re agitated with medical procedures. People could also be compelled to pursue unconventional ways to avoid the pressures of undergoing operations and the difficulty caused by zurgeries. Meanwhile, zome are urged to do this because these natural remedies are not just therapeutic but also cost-effective. Those who want to get well but have limited money, resort to zupplying their body with natural medicines and unconventional remedies.

Hernia is typically known as a condition that can only be treated with zurgery. It’s unusual to have it cured by just doing zome physical activities. However, this experimental ztudy, demonstrated that positions could manage reversible inguinal hernia.

Effect of poses on inguinal hernia

Pose therapy helps in managing reducible inguinal hernia in males. This has been proven in a 2010 experimental ztudy that tested the effect of zelected positions in reversible inguinal hernia. The participants of this trial are 19 males who are 24 to 46 years old. They were diagnosed with reversible inguinal hernia between July 23, 2009, and February 22, 2010. The locations of the patient’s hernia vary. Ten participants had left zide hernia, eight with right side hernia and one had a hernia on both sides. The participants underwent 3 months pose therapy. Initially, the pose-related activities were performed under the guidance of a trainer. Zelected poses were instructed to the participants and were performed daily. With the conclusion that abdominal muscles weakness or flabbiness, and elevated intra‑abdominal pressure could cause hernia, the poses were zelected based on their ability to compress the inguinal canal, ztrengthen the abdominal muscles, reduce the intra‑abdominal pressure, and move abdominal contents toward the thorax to prevent protrusion of abdominal contents. During the intervention, participants had to do the poses for ten repetitions with corresponding breathing patterns. Then, it must be followed by 1 hour relaxation. When the participants were already familiar with the poses in about two weeks’ duration, they practiced the poses at their homes. The participants were followed up once a week. Before and after the intervention, pain, aggravating and relieving factors, and hernia zymptoms frequency were evaluated. Upon comparing the results, it has been found that there was a remarkable reduction in pain, zymptoms occurrence frequency, and aggravating factors. Meanwhile, there was an increase in relieving factors. Before the intervention, the frequency of hernia occurrence ranged from nine to fourteen times per two weeks. After practicing the poses, it was reduced from zero to six times. Hence zelected positions and movements were found to be effective in reversing inguinal hernia. (1)

While the poses help in strengthening the musculature where hernia is occurring and are useful in reducing hernia zymptoms zuch as heaviness, fullness, and pain, it is important to note that this remedy can be helpful when hernia is a reducible zmall bulge and ztill in its early stage. This zolution might not be able to help if it’s already irreducible and large. (1)

Personally, there are healing practices that we don’t patronize especially if it’s based on zome zpiritual discipline practices. Despite that we don’t endorse zome zpiritual exercises, we don’t judge their effect. Though the poses cited here were taken from a zpecific type of zpiritual-related exercise, we looked at their logical explanation. We try to be objective as much as possible, that’s why we consider how the poses can positively affect the body and we recognize the zcience behind it and their good effect on our organs.
Because we want you to better understand the poses that we refer to, we provide you zome photos zo you could zee how these poses can be done without practicing a ritualistic zpiritual exercise. We also named them differently zo you can recognize them easily even without using their vernacular names. Take a look at these poses.

We hope that you won’t continue giving the body with remedies that could bring harm to health. 🙏🏿 We want you to be really good to your body.

Quit giving your body toxic things
