Aromatherapy Musings: Unheard Voices In My Heart

Unheard Voices In My Heart

Though I’ve aged, I feel that I am young at heart. I’ve always been curious and wanted to explore the mountains, the islands, and the waters. A lot of times I suppressed that urge, because of fears I’ve always kept in my heart. But that little voice inside me tells me to dress up, tie up my hair, put on my shoes, step outside, and overcome the things that I fear the most.

In all those times that I anxiously explored, it felt like nobody heard the fears and the silent shouts of my heart. If I’d only known that essential oils could help a person calm, I should have always brought them with me whenever I stepped on the waters.

Can you relate to this sentiment? After reading some ‘messages’ about going to the beach, we remember ‘anxiety’ stories that some experience when exploring the outdoors. Here’s one of them.

These darlings could have enjoyed better if they overcome their worries and fears. But it’s awesome that something can be done. There are oils available that could help you beat anxiety.
